Hoppy's Lamb Souvlaki

Right... the lamb is really easy
1. Chopped lean lamb
2. LOADS of crushed garlic
3. LOADS of Rosemary
4. LOADS of Parsley
5. Some salt

Serve with some salad + yoghurt + lebanese bread
